Bio
Born in Murcia (Spain) in 1981 where he graduated in advertising, Juan Manuel completed his training as a photographer in Barcelona at the Institute of Design and Image (IDEP) where he worked for a year with Manuel Ubeda and Luca Pagliari.
After working in Advertising agencies such as Saatchi&Saatchi, McCann-Ericksson and Grey Worldwide in London he moved to Paris where he became the assistant of photographers such as Laure Vasconi, Xavier Lucchesi, Chrsitophe Dugied, Ariadna Bufi, among others. He also worked for Daylight Photo Studio.
He occasionally collaborated with the group of photographers Tendance Floue. In 2008 he worked at the agency Magnum Photos.
He currently lives and works in Paris as a freelance photographer.
